Loading of log file failed and ROS Launcher process failed before it could give all-clear?

hi i have a unmodded gta game and i installed five reborn and it gives me the fist error then when i cancel the infinite launch it gives me the second error i just want to try this mod and i cant right now please help

i have reinstalled it and gta like 10 times what am i doing wrong

try to change the compatibility to dif versions of windows if ur on windows

or try to run as admin

I simply have my compatibility to Windows 8. Right click on the FiveReborn.exe, select properties, compatibility, select what I have I guess. Though I doubt this is the answer, go ahead and try it out to see what happens!
