Is there a way to make ALL the license plates in the server change to a specific state?
Im not doing a San Andres server and i wanted to change the plates on the cars to the state im doing.
any help would be amazing

You can stream vehshare.ytd with custom license plates, if you want feel free to PM me a specific state and i’ll see if i can give you a resource that works.
In most of RP situations, weather is VRP or EXS you will have a given number for your profile. You will need to configure some files to to change the actual background of the plate to whatever you want it to be . Most cars come with plates allready made for specific states. If you want to change the plates you will need to edit the vehicle files. It can be done with OpenIV.
