I have inserted the files in the correct folders, but at the time of startup the mod menu does not start.
What could be the problem?

The server may not allow client scripts.
it’s a basic server, there’s nothing. It is completely clean
ask in the original lambda menu topic as its more then likely the way you installed it.
I asked, but nobody answers …
sadly thats all you can do as this is not a FiveM related problem rather a third party program/resource that fivem did not make.
