just curious my friend said that you need ELS to turn lights on and no sirens but im pretty sure u can do it without ELS does anyone know how at all and if so how do you do it?
Well if your vehicle is ELS then yes, you will need ELS. If they are non-els then you will need something like Luxart Vehicle Control.
