Fill out the whole support template please including screenshots of your GTA/FiveM installation folders.
You can find your CitizenFX.log file in your FiveM Application Data folder usually under %localappdata%\FiveM
usually under that directory. You might have installed FiveM elsewhere.
Navigate to that folder and you will find your log file. Also please include screenshots as I mentioned in my previous reply.
Just because it work better, doesn’t mean his issue can be resolved. Windows 7 is still supported
Windows 7 is supported still but for best experience and of course better stability windows 8.1/10 is recommended.
