Internet speeds required to run server?

Hello, i’m curious on what the requirements including internet is to run a server.

Hoping to host at least 15 people.

I currently have 250 download and 12 upload.

You need for a stable server 100 up and 100 down. As a lot of fiveM is streaming

Is to get 100mbps up and down like something most ips have?
