Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? yes many times

System specifications win7 x64/ CPU AMD FX 8350 4,2GHz/ GPU nVidia GTX 760 4GB / 32GB RAM
What did you do to get this issue? nan just run fivem
What server did you get this issue on? i don’t get to any server yet…

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
Don’t have any AV + Turn off Firewall nothing change

Also add what you already tried so far: Reinstall FiveM and GTA several times and tried the solution given to me ([Solution] Forcing FiveM/RedM to use your discrete GPU | Infinite Loading Fix) but i don’t have an iGPU due to having an AMD CPU
