i just joined a server and its just loading and loading (im only able to join per direct connect)

I tried to reinstall GTAV, reinstall fivem (like 5 times), uninstall anti-virus, restart PC

.Ake sure anti-virus is not stopping FiveM. Make sure firewall is not blocking the ports.
