I walk in point after server update

I’ve been creating a FiveM server for some time. But now after updating the fivem server when I spawn on my server, so I go in place and can not get anywhere. How can this be fixed?

No erros in server console and no errors in client log. Everything OK.

The problem happens when this screen appears when connected. When displayed, you cannot walk after spawn.
Helps disconnect and connect to server. The screen no longer appears and the spawn is okay and you can walk.
How do I turn off this screen that causes this bug?
