Also add what you already tried so far: I’ve restarted my server, Reinstalled EVERY file, and made a new server with the files.

I solved the issue, It actually DID fix when I recreated the server with the backed-up files and server.cfg, The issue was only persisting because I had to clear my CitizenFX and reinstall FiveM afterwards
