I get this error when starting

I have an R9 390 and Windows and drivers are up-to-date, but I get an error that my GPU doesn’t support Direct3D or something like that. I will grab a screenshot, but I still have yet to get this working.

I need all the help I can get ahah.

@Blxrr Update driver for GPU and update DirectX.
