Disable your integrated GPU and try again.

It has 1050 TI, sure is not the problem but rather lack of update on the drivers.

how do i disable the integrated graphics card
and i have my gpu up to date

It should be disabled by default when the system detects that a dedicated GPU is installed in the system. Otherwise you can just do it through your BIOS settings.

The issue had not been resolved can anyone get a dev or someone to help?

i believe thats happened to me I just waited for a little bit and it popped up. try that.

have you made sure your videocard drivers are up to date?

yes my video driver is up to date

anyone got a solution

dont think there is much that can be done other then upgrading your videocard.
