How to turn off emergency help on the server, shut down the cops and reduce the number of MPCs in the city

Emergency bots are spawned, and they help the NPC on the street. I want to turn off bots on the street and bots of police and emergency assistance

You mean AI? if so check these natives out
EnableDispatchService(Int id, Bool toggle)
ClearPlayerWantedLevel(Player ply)

You can either create you own script with the above stuff or you can just use vBasic, highly recommend it for starting servers. [Release] vBasic v4.1 | Basic server settings/configuration
