I’m pretty sure you can’t stream add on clothes, you can only replace existing ones.
You have to create the mods folder in your GTA 5 main directory. It’s for when you want to install mods into GTA. You can just use the folders in OpenIV.

Correct me if i’m wrong, but did you try to combine 2 skins together (mp male and paramedic + highway cop)? If you did, then you can’t do that. You have to use one of the existing drawables. I’d recommend downloading OpenIV, creating a folder called FiveM and copying (NOT MOVING) the clothing items you wanted into the folder, from there you put them into your server as you would. P.S. DO NOT PLAY GTA 5 Online or Singleplayer with the FiveM folder. Delete it after you’re done. Also forgot to mention that you have to enable edit mode.
