Just a quick tutorial to show you that its easy to obtain the steamid without the player having to connect to the server.
Step 1,
Open the players steam profile and copy the page URL
Step 2,
Navigate to here and insert the URL in the search bar
Step 3,
Copy the Steam 64 ID
Step 4,
Navigate to here and insert the Steam 64 ID, then convert.
Step 5,
You will get something like this, " 110000107CA1588 "
Make all letters lowercase and add " steam: " infront of it
The final outcome should be something like this, " steam:110000107ca1588 "
