How to make server name coloured?

I have seen servers with coloured server names and wondered how you can do this? I assume there is some sort of name formatting in the “citmp-server” file.

You can color things like this: “^1 Hi this is a ^5 color server name.”, so you use ^ and then a number to select a color.
