How to edit this car?

Hi, I want to edit the handling for this car:

But my problem is that there are no handling files, is there a way to edit them? Looked everywhere.

There is no way to edit the handling.meta because this vehicle is a replacement vehicle so it replaces the FBI Charger so it doesn’t come with a handling.meta only a vehicles.meta

You can make your own meta’s for the vehicle. It doesn’t have to come with meta’s. There is a lot of tutorials out there on how to configure meta’s and what everything means. I highly suggest looking on the forums or on Gta 5 mods or even on lcpdfr.com you will find something about meta’s. When I get to my pc I can add a few links to some tutorials that have helped me in the past.
