How to add custom shops, police stations airports train station textures etc

Good evening lads, I was wondering how I would be able to add custom building textures from these links --> https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/british-shops https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/the-big-metropolitan-police-station-pack-oiv https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/united-kingdom-road-signs

I have already attempted however haven’t succeeded. If you know please help!

same concept as car streaming you can even add it to the same resource just go to the stream folder thats where those files need to go so make a folder call it buildings and put all the ytds there
