Horrible stutter & fps drops after latest update

What did you do to get this issue? Driving/Walking/running around.
What server did you get this issue on? Every server that I tried.

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling and deleting cache. Resource monitor shows a 100% disk usage, which might be the problem, (Had this problem last time in autumn, but it resolved itself after a couple of days) GPU usage also seems very low 20-30%

%100 disk usage could be due to windows doing updates in the background.

Doesn’t seem to be an windows update, still occurring. sorry if I sound kinda stupid but where do I find/make the dump file? :smiley:
