Whenever I start FiveM my pc begins to lag at first I was unable to load into a server so I Reinstalled fivem which solved that problem. Now when I am in game its lags terribly to the point where it is unplayable. Whenever my fivem is launched my CPU and memory usage is extremely high I’ve tried changing settings in task manager but nothing helped. This problem is new I’ve been using fivem daily for a long time and had no issues all of a sudden my CPU and memory is extremely high when it is used. I also checked my pc for any virus or malware and both checks came back negative.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Changed in-game settings, reinstalled FiveM Change settings in task manager, checked for viruses
