Help with server chat

I have my own server and everything works perfectly apart from 1 issue.
When I go into game everything is good for about 20-35 minutes then chat pops up and just stays frozen. this is not just for me it does it for everyone on the server it wont let us type commands or even just chat

any help is appreciated

I belive it can be an resoruce error try to stop some resources and see what happens

Like Albin said, it is probably a resource. Could you send a list of what resources you’re using?
