Help with missing props?

Alright I’ve been having this issue more and more lately and its gotten to the point that I cant just play around it and essentially ignore it all together. I’ve been building some maps for an RP server but I’m having major issues with props working in the editor but not streaming into the server. pretty much just missing… I have no clue what I’m doing wrong here. Could anyone help me out? !

I’ve been working on a little Podunk run down hospital for sandy shores.

I dont care about the Peds BTW . they show up randomly on both the server and the editor.

I think it is because not everything from GTAV is in FiveM? But you could easily stream the props yourself to the server, just use OpenIV and stream it.

But In the last before in after you are the hospital bed missing which I know works because I have a custom hospital in with it,with the exact same model. Odd.
