Help with installing server side license plates

So I was searching around but I couldn’t find any clear information on how to do this. Pretty much I want to be able to stream server side license plates using this pack https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/michigan-license-plate-pack. I created a resource file and placed the vehshare.ytd and the dds files in the stream folder and it doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong here or is it not possible with that pack?

i dont think you can in general, you will probably have to modify the vehicle skins to use the plates.

I could be wrong but i seen no one on the forums actually figure it out.
