I just bought a legal disc copy of GTA V and installed a fresh copy of FiveM files. It does not show up on the directory at all when it prompts me to select the folder containing the GTA V.exe file. I have tried to create shortcuts to the game on the desktop and also went into properties to get the exact path, but for some reason it still doesn’t recognize it anywhere. Can you only play if you downloaded a Steam copy or can I use the disc version I already have? Thank you!
It doesn’t ask that, it asks for the ‘folder containing Grand Theft Auto V’.
I understand that, but when I select the folder that the .exe file should be in it says that it’s not there
