Regarding these circles on the players’ feet, I think it has to do with the communication system. Anyone have info on where to find this mod?
The search feature on the forum does some pretty great things.

About your comment, I agree with you! Forgive me for that … I remember that I did some searching, and I saw the right answer, but I did not click because I thought it was not related to the blue circle I was looking for.
