[HELP] Server not show to fivem list and Port check tool give error

Hello
I have very big problem. I try port forward, but i have problems.
This is my server.cfg settings: 192.168.0.15:30120
and server not found on list. I can connect local, but not list. What is problem?
License key is correct.

192.168.0.15 is never going to work, as this is an IP within your internal network.

Use something like https://www.whatismyip.com/ to figure out your public IP address.

Okey, i buy today windows vpn and then i try.

Please buy a VPS and not a VPN, those are 2 totally different things.
