*HELP* My Friend Cant Launch FiveM

Windows version? - Windows 10 (unsure of specifics)

System specifications - Unsure of Specs
What did you do to get this issue? - N/A
What server did you get this issue on? - N/A
CitizenFX.log file - will aquire
.dmp files/report IDs - will aquire

My friend recently updated to windows 10 from windows 7 as he was unable to play fiveM.
Since the update he can launch fiveM and get to the rockstar social club login, he types all his info and signs in and fiveM just closes with no error message.

He has tried reinstalling both fiveM and GTA V and the issue still persists, i cant find anything about this on forums, hopefully you can help, many thanks :slight_smile:
