Help me when I try to Start Fivem it instantly crashes , I Tried uninstalling it , I added mods to my fivem and I think that caused it but I took the mods away but still no difference , All I get is

Also add what you already tried so far.
when you get a error like that it means you have a modified file in your GTA main directory. If you haven’t fixed it yet, go ahead and run verify integrity of game cache through steam.
