Everyplayer who want to join cant join and every player is stuckin on loading screen.
This is a problem 
Someone know how to fix it?
Disable all custom resources. Or disable them one at a time. It’s up to you to first find out what resource is causing this. A server with default resources will not get stuck on the loading screen unless there’s a client issue (but you said every player gets this, so this is an issue with the server)
