I’m wondering how to stream vehicle sounds server side, the last time I did it client side and I had to reinstall GTA, I’m looking to put these sounds in my server:

I dont believe you can. You could always check the Data files as that is where you can see what you can stream: https://wiki.fivem.net/wiki/Data_files

I really dont want to break everything, and have to do a fresh install again.
Because thats what happens when you do it in your game.
Make a backup of your game or the specific RPF/folders you change.
Any sound modifications are client sided. What you can do is to change the sounds of a certain vehicle with another vehicle in the game. This is done by going to the vehicles meta file and a couple of lines down, there is something regarding “audio” or “sound”. You then replace the name of the vehicle there with a desired GTA 5 vehicle sound you want. Sorry if it was a bit confusing.
