I have the same error and impossible to find a solution here if a dev wants to sacrifice the temp …

Same issue, hopefully devs can get this fixed…
I had this same problem and i just disabled my anti virus software and it worked. i was using Avast AntiVirus Software.
9 months later huh (20 chars)
I Fixed it by turning off my anti virus
Possible Fix!
Add these to your antivirus exceptions
\Desktop\FiveM*
http://mirrors.fivem.net*
https://runtime.fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/citizenfx.exe*
Then try again. It worked for me.
