Help! Can't install the mod!

Hello I am getting this error everytime when I try to install the mod

GTA V version? - Newest
Up to date? - Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? - Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? - Steam
Windows version? - Windows 10 Pro
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? - Yes

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes !

It’s happening everytime when I try to install the mod ! Please help !

I’ve finally SOLVED IT ! ! ! - I just kept trying deleting and installing all the files and finally I installed it !

I’m am having the same problem you did what did you have to do? Just delete everything and reinstall a bunch?
