[Incomplete] Help. Can’t join game

I’ve recently downloaded And installed Fivem, it all works properly right up until I’m joining the game, it says joining game for hours without anything happening, looked at a few other threads but nobody has seemed to have had this problem before, just wanting to know how to fix it
