[HELP] About making car addon's pack

Does anyone knows what is this line for ?

i found it at meta files for car addon’s

i made a pack of 11 cars and before making it the mod kits were working but after put it all in a pack to count as one resource, the mod kits stopped working, do i have to change anything in that line ?
or is about the stream limit?

I have not done anything with cars but that line is just the start of a xml file just letting know the version and what kind of encoding. has nothing to do with ur cars, so if its a xml file u wanna just keep it :slight_smile:
