Right basically I am new to this was useing a Xbox controller with the Turtle Beach headphones I thought that was the problem so I bought a new head set off Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B06XX7SYP2/ref=mp_s_a_1_21?ie=UTF8&qid=1526461730&sr=8-21&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=pc+microphone

Will the same I can hear everyone but I can’t talk to anyone I can’t even hear myself.

Please help I am rubbish at stuff like this.

Ehm, Settings voice chat, and then either “push to talk” or “voice activiation” They should be pretty self explaning… After that if you choose “push to talk” go in keybindings and bind a key to talk…

Are you able to talk to your friends via something like discord or team speak?

If you can, then please upload a screenshot of your GTA V audio and Voice Chat settings in the pause menu.
If you can’t, then it’s not a FiveM issue but rather a PC or headset issue.
