Head of ESX in a playermodel

I have a problem, when I import a playermodel in my Fivem server, for exemple : https://fr.gta5-mods.com/player/tenue-police-nationale-4efc01cb-8714-436f-99bd-0d898c2a4482

There is the default head of the playermodel but I would like the head I configured with skinchanger and esx_skin. Have a nice day !
