@Warxander provided a repro.

I believe you have to be in a vehicle.

RequestModel('a_f_y_business_04')
while not HasModelLoaded('a_f_y_business_04') do Citizen.Wait(0) end

local veh = GetVehiclePedIsIn(PlayerPedId())
local driver = CreatePedInsideVehicle(veh, 4, GetHashKey('a_f_y_business_04'), -1)
SetBlockingOfNonTemporaryEvents(driver, true)
SetPedFleeAttributes(driver, 0, 0)

local _, taskSequence = OpenSequenceTask()
local playerPosition = GetEntityCoords(PlayerPedId())
TaskVehicleDriveToCoordLongrange(0, veh, playerPosition.x, playerPosition.y, playerPosition.z, 40.0, 8388614, 10.)
TaskLeaveVehicle(0, veh, 256)
TaskWanderStandard(0, 10.0, 10)
CloseSequenceTask(taskSequence)
TaskPerformSequence(driver, taskSequence)
ClearSequenceTask(taskSequence)

while true do
        Citizen.Wait(0)
        Citizen.Trace('Vehicle: '..Player.Vehicle..'\n')
        Citizen.Trace('Driver: '..driver..'\n')
        Citizen.Trace('Task sequence: '..taskSequence..'\n')
end

@PichotM Using seqences I get a traceback identical to this thread when trying to sequence

 TaskLeaveVehicle(0, veh, 256)

Does this code work for you? It doesnt seem to like setting first param to zero.
I am using the function properly as well

function Global.TaskLeaveVehicle(ped, vehicle, flags)
	return _in(0xD3DBCE61A490BE02, ped, vehicle, flags)
end
