Hacker not on the status list (unbannable)

Hello I have currently some hacker who are invisible in the status list and It’s impossible to get their ID, Steam ID or IP through a hack.
Someone have fix the same problem ?

Your best bet is to look in the users table on your database

You can always get the players identifier on the server side, or else they will not be connected to the server. Use something like this. WhatsMyId? | Player Identifier Finder
