Hello,

I am wondering, is the source code of the mod fivem open source ? If yes where is it ? I can’t find any recent one,
I found this one but last update is 8 months ago, which means it’s not correct one. I must be blind, or maybe it’s not opensource.


To be honest I just wanted to check the netcode.

and I guess client folder for client source code and server launcher folder for server source code?
But it’s weird it has been 2 months without update.

It is, well the client is.

To the OP that one is correct which you posted in your edit.

The source code hasn’t been updated for a while as due to legal review it gets pushed manually, if these legal issues didn’t exist everything’d be default-open but sadly that is not the case, we’re already thinking of solutions to improve this but haven’t had much luck yet.

It’s not like there’s any that a typical person can understand whatsoever, as it is mostly RE patches/calls to make the original game’s code do what we want.
