Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes.

What did you do to get this issue? I joined an RP server, and I got a “Http 429 error” from steam
What server did you get this issue on? Carolina State RP, all servers
CitizenFX.log fileimage (Don’t know which one you mean)
.dmp files/report IDs No report id’s, it didn’t crash. Don’t know which dmp files to put.

Also add what you already tried so far.
Excluded it from my antivirus, restarted PC, restarted FiveM, and deleting caches.xml and everything inside the priv folder.

You’re being rate limited by Steam. Which means you’re trying too fast.

Give it a break, usually 30 minutes, and try again.

Can I stay on FiveM, or do I have to restart it after 30 mins?

Well by now you shouldn’t be getting rate limited. It’s been days.
