Sorry to post if this has been asked numerous times. I have tried to search forums. Basically im after a person gets knocked out only through either not eating or injured. At the moment you get a grey screen with an option to send a distress signal. How do I get rid of the grey “death” screen and just have it so its normal like this photo ! Any help would be appreciated
