Also add what you already tried so far: I’ve switched between my modded directory and my fresh directory; there’s no change.

Doesnt it work with Windows 10 anniversary Update?

could be somthing to do with mods on your real gta, or asi files in your plugins folder, i had jordans menu in there and five reborn was crashing all the time and it would take ages for the server window to pop up.
