Game something error happened (Server)

I try to install a Server on my Root System. But i get the following error. I just change the Hostname.

**GTA V version?— Lastest
Up to date? —sure
Legit or Pirate copy? —Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Win Server 2008
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Nothing
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Dont have this files at the Server files.
