Also add what you already tried so far.
Nothing, I have no idea what is wrong, I saw another person with this error, he said a specific video helped him, but it was removed by the owner… Please help!!!

Do as it says, verify your game files (using steam) and try again. If you still can’t play try deleting your caches folder.

Thanks but how do I delete my cashes folder, if the verifying doesnt work?

inside: FiveM/FiveM Application Data/ delete your caches.xml file. If that doesn’t work try deleting the caches.xml and the cache folder (this only helps in very rare cases and is not recommended, try everything else first!)

I am trying to delete the cashes folder, and updating it at the moment… hopefully this works :crossed_fingers:

Last time I had a problem that a program was stopping it from working, I reinstalled FiveM and it worked to install and launch it, and now here I am with this problem :stuck_out_tongue:This sucks!

possibly, although I doubt it will because it seems like a GTA problem, rather than a FiveM issue (stating this from what I’ve read online about it).
Are you able to play regular GTA (without using FiveM)?

Wow, now I cant even open FiveM
That didnt really work :confused:
Guess Im reinstalling GTA V… So do I do it from Progams and Features or Add and Remove Programs?
Here we go… another 30 minutes :frowning: Time to play minecraft :expressionless: :gun:
And my pc just got BSOD :confused: kill me

Yeah uninstall it and re-download it, also create a new folder somewhere outside of your gta v folder and download and copy the latest version of fivem.exe there. just to make sure everything is fresh.

Yep, I already have the FiveM outside of GTA V, and the FiveM.exe is in there, and I have to re install cuz my pc got BSOD LOL

make sure the folder is empty except for fivem.exe :wink: this ensures a fresh install after a fresh game install. and that BSOD was probably caused by something related to the (un)installing of the (corrupt) GTA files.

Thanks dude for everything, GTA is still installing -.- It will be done by tomorrow morning, but I gotta go to bed now, cuz I got school tomorrow. Cya tomorrow :smiley:
