Fps issue at 30

Does anyone know how the FiveM video card changes?
or make the game run with fps above 30, because everyone plays with 50/60 fps and I can not play with more than 30 fps.

In original gta v I can get a 100 fps at very high, and at FiveM 30 fps in the middle, I play Real Life.

Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have reinstalled FiveM, formatted my computer and nothing.

Does it stay locked at 30FPS or does it go above it at any point? I’d say check your settings to see if VSync is set to half or some similar setting.

I deactivated the V-Sync of the game, I do not know if it has any configuration of FiveM to remove, but yes, in certain points the game is up to maximum 37 fps
