FIXED: FiveReborn won't start up

Hi, I have a problem with FiveReborn I installed it and when I open it ( as Administrator) it says this: https://gyazo.com/2aefcf809e6c47b8ce4d2a0d970457be

Now I have bought GTA V( Social Club) but I would like to play it with a friend who didn’t bought it.

Also If I close the launcher it says this:

I tried to reinstall it multiple times but nothing worked…

Edit: Fixed by clicking on retry (I’m so stupid)
