your gta V folder needs to be clean so no mods, remove them and try if it works
The only thing in my folder is the .ini files, should I remove those?
all the files wich werent there when you first installed gta v
That’s only the .ini files, which I’m pretty certain don’t do anything, except when the game starts and the mods need settings.
remove them and try again
