Fivem wont start / infinite loading

I’m having 2 problems.
1 - Fivem close when i click to start
2 - When fivem dont close, it’s nearly impossible to connect to any server. i have to try infinite times to get connected once. (i’ve tried on many different servers and got same error)

GTA V version? Latest (22/05/2019)
Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? 10 64bits
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes
