I tried verifying GTA V files, and it stil says “DLC files are missing (or corrupted) in your game installation. Please update or verify the game using Steam or the Social Club launcher and try again.”

That’s not a SHA1 hashes list of the update/x64/dlcpacks folder. To get that you could use this utility that I’ve just created, select the update/x64/dlcpacks folder and copy the output.
