Another update had been released to production. The following changes are of note:

Summarized changelog

• citizen-scripting-mono: call mono_debug_init
• This’ll enable loading debug information from .mdb files. To add a .mdb file to your resource, use the files directive to add the .mdb to the server packfile.
• steam: rework appid management
• This hopefully fixed people getting stuck on “Connecting”.
• the elusive ros:five
• Update CEF to M59 (branch 3071), with the latest version of VU’s accelerated rendering patch.
• Refactor the entire codebase
